Upon receipt of such communication, you may choose to opt out of any further marketing correspondence from us.
You agree that our liability is strictly limited to refunding the fee paid for the PPSR Search.

If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable under that law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
